    Product Description:
Magnesium sulfate monohydrate is an inorganic salt with the formula MgSO_бдH_O. It is a partially hydrated form of magnesium sulfate, appearing as a white crystalline powder. It is highly soluble in water and serves as a concentrated source of both magnesium and sulfur. Its primary industrial application is as a specialty fertilizer and soil amendment in agriculture, where it corrects magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in crops, particularly in horticulture and turf management. In industry, it is widely used as a processing aid in the manufacture of fertilizers, animal feed, and as a coagulant in the production of tofu. It also functions as a fireproofing agent for textiles and as a component in certain cement and construction materials. Due to its high solubility and concentrated nutrient profile, it is preferred over other forms like Epsom salt (heptahydrate) for applications requiring lower water content and higher nutrient density. It is generally recognized as safe (GRAS) for its intended uses.
